Mrs. McCulloch graduated from Appalachian State University in 2002 magna cum laude. She graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2007, where she was on the Chancellor’s List and a recipient of the Nina Miglionico Endowed Scholarship. During law school, Mrs. McCulloch was a member of the first ever Domestic Violence Law Clinic, which marked the beginning of her courtroom advocacy in the domestic arena.
Mrs. McCulloch has been associated with the firm since February of 2008, where her practice has focused primarily on representing clients in divorce, child custody, and other domestic relations matters. She also handles general civil matters. Mrs. McCulloch became a partner with the firm in March of 2014. She is actively involved with the Mobile Bar Association and volunteers her time assisting at-risk youth at Strickland Youth Center.
Mrs. McCulloch was born in Middletown, New York, on September 23, 1981. She was raised in Asheville, North Carolina after her family moved there in 1984. After attending school in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, she and her husband, Kyle, decided to make the Gulf Coast their home. In 2013 they welcomed a daughter, Fiona.
